TSAS MVP of the Year 3x3 Basketball Tournament
This tournament is more than just a game. It is an opportunity to change a family's life. TSAS is coming together to support a local family - a single mother and her two children - who have recently escaped domestic violence.

Registration Deadline
Registration closes at 11:59 PM on October 30. Make sure every player submits their individual form before the deadline.
Prizes
First place teams earn a $200 gift card, second place receives $100, and third place takes home $75. In the youth division, every player on the championship team also receives a free entry to the Clear Path Athletics Winter Camp in Prince George along with their gift cards.
Co-ed Gameplay
This tournament follows a co-ed format. In the spirit of fairness, each team must have at least one male and one female athlete on the court at all times.
Our Mission
Bianca and her children (Roman and Viviana) are starting to rebuild their lives. As student-athletes, we believe in using our platform for something bigger than ourselves - to bring light where there is darkness and remind others that community always wins.
But we can't do this alone - it takes support, compassion, and most importantly community. TSAS invites the Prince George community to participate with the hopes of helping this beautiful family and showing them that they are not alone.
100% of proceeds from this event will go directly to the family to support their journey toward mental and emotional healing.
Tournament Divisions
Choose your division and get ready to compete while supporting a great cause!
Youth Division (U16-U18)
Grades 10-12
- Register individually and either join your team or create a new one
- Ages 16-18
- Guardian contact required for players under 18
Adult Division
18+ years old
- Each teammate registers separately and joins the same team
- Ages 18+
- Digital waiver signed during registration
Toddler Supply Drive
We will be collecting new and/or gently used toddler supplies at the tournament to support Roman and Viviana.
Suggested Items:
- • Clothing (toddler sizes)
- • Toys and books
- • Diapers and wipes
Also Welcome:
- • Baby care products
- • Educational materials
- • Other toddler essentials
Monetary donations on top of the entry fee are also greatly appreciated.
Player Registration
New for 2025: every player registers individually and signs their own waiver.
What you'll need
- Basic contact information (email, phone, and mailing address)
- Your date of birth and emergency contact details
- The name of the team you're joining (or pick a new team name if you're the first one registering)
- Youth players will also need a guardian's name and phone number ready while completing the form
Team Captains
- • Register yourself first to create the team.
- • Share the team name with your teammates so they can join.
- • Collect the $50 team fee and send one e-transfer to tsas@unbc.ca.
Players
- • Complete the registration form for yourself.
- • Select your team from the list or create one if you're first.
- • Sign the waiver digitally at the end of the form.
